1：一般的排風(fēng)機(jī)體系和空調(diào)體系的裝置，都要在建筑物圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)施工完、障礙物已整理、地上無雜物的狀況下下才干進(jìn)行施工。

1: The general exhaust fan system and air conditioning system should be constructed after the construction of the building envelope, the obstacles have been sorted out, and there is no debris on the ground.

2：對(duì)于空氣潔凈體系的裝置，應(yīng)該在建筑物內(nèi)部裝置部件的地上做好，墻面已抹灰結(jié)束，室內(nèi)無灰塵飛揚(yáng)或有防塵辦法的條件下進(jìn)行施工。

2: For the air cleaning system, the installation should be completed on the ground of the internal parts of the building, the wall has been plastered, the indoor dust-free flying or dustproof methods.

3：一般除塵不銹鋼風(fēng)管建議裝置宜廠房的工藝設(shè)備上，裝置完或設(shè)備基礎(chǔ)己確定后，設(shè)備連接器、罩體方位已知的狀況下進(jìn)行施工。

3: The general dust removal stainless steel air duct recommendation device should be on the process equipment of the factory building. After the installation is completed or the equipment foundation has been determined, the construction should be carried out under the condition that the position of the equipment connector and cover body is known.

4：查看現(xiàn)場(chǎng)預(yù)留不銹鋼風(fēng)管孔洞方位、尺寸，要求與施工圖紙保持一致，每個(gè)邊要比實(shí)踐截面大100mm。

5：不銹鋼風(fēng)管作業(yè)地址要一定有相應(yīng)的輔佐設(shè)施，如梯子、架子、防護(hù)、消防器材，并有施工員的技術(shù)、質(zhì)量、交底。

1：各類板材、管材等都要有質(zhì)量證明系列文件和產(chǎn)品清單。

2：風(fēng)管成品不允許有變形、歪曲、開裂、孔洞、法蘭脫落、開焊、漏鉚、漏打螺栓孔等一系列缺陷狀況出現(xiàn)。

2: Deformation, distortion, cracking, holes, flange shedding, welding, riveting and bolt holes are not allowed in the finished duct.

3：通風(fēng)管道工程裝置的閥體消聲器、罩體、風(fēng)口等部件應(yīng)查看調(diào)理裝置是否靈敏，消聲片、油漆層有無損害。

3: The valve body muffler, hood, tuyere and other components of ventilation pipeline engineering device should check whether the conditioning device is sensitive, and whether the muffler and paint layer are harmful.

4：裝置運(yùn)用的資料：螺栓、螺母、墊圈、墊料、密封條、自攻螺釘、拉鉚釘、電焊條、各種帆布、無紡布、膨脹螺栓等都要契合產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的要求。
