Ventilation duct blocking points!

風(fēng)管穿越防火墻應(yīng)設(shè)有鋼板厚度1.6mm及以上的套管。套管內(nèi)部應(yīng)用玻璃棉等不燃材料封堵，外面用防火泥抹面。

The air duct should be fitted with sleeve with steel plate thickness of 1.6 mm or more when passing through the firewall. The inner part of the casing shall be sealed with non-combustible materials such as glass wool, and the outer part shall be covered with fire-proof mud.

防火閥和條形散流器裝置

Fire valve and strip diffuser device

防火閥應(yīng)裝置在順氣流方向一側(cè)，離墻間隔不超過200mm。

Fire valves shall be installed on the side of downstream direction with a distance not exceeding 200 mm from the wall.

大于630mm的防火閥需設(shè)獨(dú)立吊架。吊架設(shè)置不能影響防火閥執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)動(dòng)作，應(yīng)選用在防火閥頂部設(shè)置吊耳的辦法。

Fire-proof valves larger than 630 mm need to be equipped with independent hangers. The installation of hangers can not affect the action of the fire valve actuator, so the method of installing hangers on the top of the fire valve should be selected.

風(fēng)管底部銜接條形散流器應(yīng)設(shè)短管，若設(shè)置在風(fēng)管側(cè)面則短管上應(yīng)設(shè)置獨(dú)立吊架。

Short pipes should be installed at the bottom of the duct to connect the strip diffuser, and separate hangers should be installed on the short pipes if they are set on the side of the duct.

落地式風(fēng)機(jī)裝置

Ground-type fan unit

設(shè)備根底通過交代驗(yàn)收，其大小、平整度應(yīng)滿意設(shè)備裝置要求。風(fēng)機(jī)與根底觸摸處應(yīng)有橡膠減振墊或繃簧減振器等減振辦法，且減振電或繃簧應(yīng)考慮動(dòng)荷載。

The size and smoothness of the equipment should satisfy the requirements of the equipment. There should be rubber damper pad or spring damper at the touch of fan and base, and dynamic load should be considered in damper electricity or spring.

吊掛式風(fēng)機(jī)裝置

Hanging fan unit

吊掛式風(fēng)機(jī)裝置如果風(fēng)機(jī)頂部離樓板間隔小于300mm,選用圓鋼吊桿上設(shè)繃簧減振器，減振器應(yīng)設(shè)置于風(fēng)機(jī)頂部以上位置，吊桿與風(fēng)機(jī)外殼應(yīng)有50-100mm的間隔。若大于300mm，選用角鋼或許槽鋼制作防晃式吊架框。

If the distance between the top of the fan and the floor is less than 300 mm, a spring damper should be installed on the round steel suspender. The damper should be located above the top of the fan, and the distance between the suspender and the casing of the fan should be 50-100 mm. If it is more than 300 mm, angle steel or channel steel is selected to make anti-sloshing hanger frame.

風(fēng)機(jī)與風(fēng)管銜接

Connection of fan and duct

室外風(fēng)機(jī)軟接與風(fēng)管之間應(yīng)做跨接處理，跨接線應(yīng)該為卷圈軟線。

The soft connection of outdoor fan and air duct should be handled by spanning, and the spanning connection should be coiled soft wire.

風(fēng)機(jī)盤管裝置

Fan coil unit

風(fēng)機(jī)盤管盡量貼近樓板水平裝置，頂部留出100mm以上空間操作與檢修即可。便于管道系統(tǒng)排氣泄水以及冷凝水斜度要求。風(fēng)機(jī)盤管裝置應(yīng)該注意在前后與下部留出送回風(fēng)管與風(fēng)口裝置空間。

Fan coil unit should be as close as possible to the floor level device, leaving more than 100 mm space at the top for operation and maintenance. It is convenient for exhaust and drainage of pipeline system and requirement of condensate inclination. The fan coil unit should be noted to leave space for the air supply and return pipe and tuyere device at the front, back and bottom.
