1.  通風管的資料一般選用鍍鋅板（俗稱白鐵皮），也可選用玻璃鋼、塑料風管等

1. Galvanized sheet (commonly known as white iron sheet) and glass fiber reinforced plastics (FRP) and plastic air ducts are generally used for the information of ventilation ducts.

2.  通風口設置在實際需要降溫的當?shù)兀L口規(guī)劃風量即便以其要降溫當?shù)厮璧?通風量，風口標準可依據(jù)風量與風口風速來斷定， 通風口材質可選用塑料或鋁合金等制品。

2. The ventilation outlet is set in the place where the actual temperature needs to be lowered. The ventilation outlet planning air volume can be determined according to the air volume and the air velocity of the ventilation outlet. 出風口風咀方式可依據(jù)實際情況選用多種方式，引薦挑選錦煜空調(diào)專用風咀，風口喉部均勻流速控制在3-6m/s，（引薦選用4-5m/s的流速）

The outlet air nozzle can be selected in many ways according to the actual situation. Jinyu air conditioning special air nozzle can be recommended. The uniform flow rate of the outlet throat can be controlled at 3-6m/s. (4-5m/s is recommended.)

3.  通風管的標準一般選用假定流速法規(guī)劃，主風管堅持在8-10m/s，支風管6-8m/s，較末端風管堅持4-6m/s

4. 所規(guī)劃的風管總體上要求既經(jīng)濟又能到達較低的風阻和噪聲，使錦煜冷風機的 通風量盡量到達較大值，風管曲折半徑一般不小于風管直徑的兩倍，以削減管通風阻力

4. The planned ducts generally require both economical and minimal wind resistance and noise to maximize the ventilation capacity of Jinyu air cooler. The winding radius of ducts is not less than twice the diameter of ducts in order to reduce the duct ventilation resistance.

5.  通風管道的長度應依據(jù)不同型號的錦煜空調(diào)風壓不同的特色進行規(guī)劃

5. The length of ventilation duct should be planned according to the different characteristics of air pressure of Jinyu air conditioner.

6. 所規(guī)劃的管道盡量取直，防止不必要的拐彎和分支管，以削減管道局部阻力

6. The planned pipeline should be straightened as far as possible to prevent unnecessary bending and branching so as to reduce the local resistance of the pipeline.

7. 從平面布置和經(jīng)濟角度上考慮，能不用風管的當?shù)鼐筒挥蔑L管，有必要使用風管的當?shù)乇M量把風管規(guī)劃短些

8. 較長管道依據(jù)風量規(guī)劃成多段不同標準的風管，選用變徑管銜接，變徑管的設置不宜過多，一般整根不超越四個，變徑管長由“>2（D-d）”來斷定

9.  通風管道與錦煜冷風機主機出風口銜接處應密封好；室外管道過長宜規(guī)劃保溫，室內(nèi)管道一般不須保溫

9. The joint of ventilation duct and outlet of Jinyu chiller should be sealed well; the outdoor duct should be planned for insulation when it is too long, and the indoor duct should not be insulated generally.

10. 若在規(guī)劃中存在支分管，則須在支管上裝設閥門或分風擋板以調(diào)理風量，使支管風量到達規(guī)劃值。

10. If there are branch pipes in the planning, valves or distributor baffles shall be installed on the branch pipes to regulate the air flow so that the branch pipe air flow reaches the planning value.
