通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)中風(fēng)管和風(fēng)閥操作注意事項

在安裝算量中，有一個為暖通，其中通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)是其中很重要的一環(huán)。以通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)說一下操作的方法及注意事項。

One of the major installations is HVAC, and ventilation system is a very important part. Let's talk about the way of operation and matters needing attention in ventilation system.

通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)在安裝算量中有兩種作法，一種是描圖方式，一種是轉(zhuǎn)化方式。這次針對性說一下轉(zhuǎn)化方式的應(yīng)用。

Firstly, there are two ways to calculate the installation amount of ventilation system, one is the drawing method, the other is the transformation method. This is about the application of transformation.

通風(fēng)考慮的主要有風(fēng)口、風(fēng)管、風(fēng)閥、風(fēng)設(shè)備及一些附件。

The main consideration of ventilation is tuyere, wind pipe, air valve, wind equipment and some accessories.

本次主要強(qiáng)調(diào)通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)中風(fēng)管和風(fēng)閥操作注意事項：

This article mainly emphasizes the matters needing attention in the operation of the ventilation system and the wind valve.

一、風(fēng)管的識別

1. Identification of duct

對于風(fēng)管的轉(zhuǎn)化之前，有一個內(nèi)容必須要先明確，那就是關(guān)于風(fēng)管的標(biāo)高。用高度調(diào)整命令查看時，有時顯示出來的結(jié)果不一樣。那是因為，管線和管道的標(biāo)高就是線或管的中心標(biāo)高，平時再說管道多高時，就是把管道看成一根線。而如果做風(fēng)管，那在表示標(biāo)高時，方法就有些不同。要說風(fēng)管管底標(biāo)高，還是中心標(biāo)高，還是頂標(biāo)高。所以在風(fēng)管之前，要看清圖紙上的風(fēng)管將來是上平齊，還是下平齊，還是中心齊，那相對應(yīng)的調(diào)整管底標(biāo)高，中心標(biāo)高和頂標(biāo)高。（此外，在做風(fēng)管轉(zhuǎn)化時，也要針對性的要使用對應(yīng)的一種）。

Before the transformation of the duct, one thing must be made clear, that is, the elevation of the duct. When viewed with height adjustment commands, sometimes the results are different. That's because the elevation of pipelines and pipes is the central elevation of the line or pipe, usually say how high the pipe, is to regard the pipe as a line. If the duct is made, the method is somewhat different when it indicates the elevation. The height of the bottom of the wind pipe is either the center elevation or the top elevation. So before the duct, it is necessary to see clearly whether the duct on the drawing will be uniform in the future, or even in the bottom, or even in the center, which corresponds to the adjustment of the pipe bottom elevation, center elevation and top elevation. (in addition, when the duct is transformed, the corresponding one should be used accordingly.

那現(xiàn)在要做好風(fēng)管轉(zhuǎn)化，這一步要輸入好以下方面：一是風(fēng)管的材質(zhì)，二是風(fēng)管的壁厚，三是風(fēng)管的接口型式，四是風(fēng)管的保溫厚度。這些參數(shù)較好看一下說明，如果沒有的話參考05N4-3的相關(guān)規(guī)定。

二、風(fēng)閥的繪制及注意事項

關(guān)于風(fēng)閥可以用轉(zhuǎn)化，也可以直接繪制，方法可以參考轉(zhuǎn)化設(shè)備。這里說一下風(fēng)閥中比較特殊的內(nèi)容。在管道里面，閥門是不扣減管道長度的，但在風(fēng)管里面，風(fēng)閥是要扣減掉風(fēng)管的長度的，對于不同的風(fēng)閥類型，有不同的扣減方法。如下圖所示,有的是風(fēng)管寬度不論什么值，風(fēng)閥只扣一個固定值；有的是風(fēng)管寬度論什么值，風(fēng)閥長度扣固定加上風(fēng)管的高度（或半徑）；還有一種情況，風(fēng)管的寬度與風(fēng)閥的長度有一個對應(yīng)關(guān)系。我們可以根據(jù)具體的說明來選擇不同的風(fēng)閥類別。

The wind valve can be transformed or directly drawn. The method can refer to the transformation equipment. Here is a special description of the wind valve. In the pipeline profession, the valve does not deduct the length of the pipe, but in the duct, the air valve is to deduct the length of the duct, for different types of air valve, there are different deduction methods. As shown in the following figure, some of the air duct widths, no matter what the value of the wind valve buckle only a fixed value; some of the air duct widths, wind valve length buckle fixed plus the height of the air duct (or radius); and another case, the width of the air duct and the length of the air valve has a corresponding relationship. We can choose different types of wind valves according to specific instructions.
