按截面形狀，風(fēng)管可分為圓形風(fēng)管，矩形風(fēng)管，扁圓風(fēng)管等多種，其中圓形風(fēng)管阻力較小的高度尺寸較大，制作復(fù)雜。所以應(yīng)用以矩形風(fēng)管為主。下來一起來了解一下風(fēng)管制作施工中的一些要求：

The circular duct has the largest height dimension with the smallest resistance and is complicated to manufacture. So the rectangular duct is the main application. （1）風(fēng)管制作施工應(yīng)按設(shè)計規(guī)定，風(fēng)管（包括三通、彎頭的功能配件）采用相應(yīng)的合格材料，厚度按圖紙施工。

（2）圓形彎管半徑應(yīng)大于等于2倍彎管直徑。

（3）矩形風(fēng)管的彎管，可采用內(nèi)弧或內(nèi)斜線彎管。當(dāng)邊長大于或等于500mm時，應(yīng)設(shè)置導(dǎo)流行。

（5）風(fēng)管與配件的表面平整，圓弧應(yīng)均勻。咬口縫應(yīng)嚴(yán)密、寬度應(yīng)一致，并不得有十字交叉的拼接縫。

（6）不同系統(tǒng)風(fēng)管的連接方式要符合相應(yīng)的要求根據(jù)，送排風(fēng)采用共板法蘭連接方式，防排煙系統(tǒng)采用角鋼法蘭連接。

(6) The connection mode of the air ducts of different systems should meet the corresponding requirements. The air supply and exhaust systems are connected by common plate flange, and the smoke control and exhaust systems are connected by angle steel flange.

（7）共板法蘭連接風(fēng)管四角處的角件與法蘭四角接口的固定應(yīng)緊貼，端面應(yīng)平整，相連處不應(yīng)有大于2mm的連續(xù)穿透縫。

(7) The corners of the common plate flanged connection air duct should be fixed close to the corner of the flange, the end face should be smooth, and there should not be a continuous penetrating seam greater than 2 mm at the joint.

（8）薄鋼板法蘭的彈性插條、彈簧夾的緊固螺栓(鉚釘)應(yīng)分布均勻，間距不應(yīng)大于150mm，較外端的連接件距風(fēng)管邊緣不應(yīng)大于100mm。

(8) The elastic strip of the thin plate flange and the fastening bolt (rivet) of the spring clamp shall be evenly distributed, the spacing shall not be greater than 150 mm, and the outermost connector shall not be greater than 100 mm from the edge of the air duct.

（9）組合型薄鋼板法蘭與風(fēng)管管壁的組合，應(yīng)調(diào)整法蘭口的平面度后，再將法蘭條與風(fēng)管鉚接（或本體鉚接）。

(9) For the combination of the combined thin steel plate flange and the air duct wall, the flange should be riveted (or riveted) with the air duct after adjusting the flatness of the flange opening.

（10）風(fēng)管的密封，應(yīng)以板材連接的密封為主，通風(fēng)管道可用普通膠條，防排煙系統(tǒng)要用不然密封材料。

(10) The sealing of the air duct should be based on the sealing of the plate connection, the ventilation duct can be used with ordinary adhesive tape, and the smoke control and exhaust system should use the unnatural sealing material.

（11）當(dāng)矩形風(fēng)管邊長大于或等于630mm和保溫風(fēng)管邊長大于或等于800mm，且其管段長度大于1200mm時，均采取加固措施，采用直徑為8mm通絲螺桿加固。對邊長小于或等于800mm的風(fēng)管，宜采用楞筋、楞線的方法加固。

(11) When the rectangular air duct edge is larger than or equal to 630 mm and the insulation air duct edge is larger than or equal to 800 mm, and the length of the pipe section is longer than 1200 mm, reinforcement measures are taken, using 8 mm diameter through-screw reinforcement. For the wind pipe with a length of less than or equal to 800mm, it is advisable to reinforce it with corrugated steel bars and corrugated wires.

（12）法蘭端面粘貼密封膠條并緊固法蘭四角螺絲后，方可安裝插條或彈簧夾、頂絲卡。彈簧夾、頂絲卡不應(yīng)松動。

(12) Installation of inserts or spring clips or plug-in clips can be accomplished only after the end face of the flange is pasted with sealant strips and the four-corner screws of the flange are fastened. Spring clips and top wire cards should not be loosened.
