通風(fēng)管道加工廠家用作通風(fēng)管道的材料很多，但常用的主要有以下（1）金屬薄板。金屬薄板是制作風(fēng)管及部件的主要材料。通常使用的有普通薄鋼板、鍍鋅薄鋼板、不銹鋼鋼板、鋁板和塑料復(fù)合鋼板。它們的優(yōu)點是易于工業(yè)化加工制作、安裝方便、能承受較高溫度。

There are many materials for ventilation pipe manufacturers to use as ventilation ducts, but the following are commonly used: (1) metal sheets. Common thin steel plates, galvanized steel sheets, stainless steel plates, aluminum plates and plastic clad steel plates are usually used. 普通薄鋼板：具有良好的加工性能和結(jié)構(gòu)強度，但其表面容易生銹，所以制作時應(yīng)刷油漆進行防腐處理。鍍鋅薄鋼板：由普通薄鋼板鍍鋅而成，由于表面鍍鋅，可起防銹作用，一般用來制作無酸霧作用的潮濕環(huán)境中的風(fēng)管。

Plain steel sheet: it has good processability and structural strength, but its surface is easy to rust. Therefore, paint should be painted for anticorrosion. Galvanized steel sheet: galvanized from ordinary thin steel plate, because of surface galvanizing, it can play the role of antirust, generally used to make the wind pipe in wet environment without acid fog.

Aluminum and aluminum alloy plates: good processability and corrosion resistance. Friction is not easy to produce sparks, often used in ventilation systems with explosion-proof requirements.

不銹鋼板：具有耐銹耐酸能力，常用于制作含濕、含酸的排風(fēng)管道及化工環(huán)境中需耐腐蝕的通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)。

Stainless steel plate: it has the ability of rust resistance and acid resistance. It is often used to make wet and acid exhaust pipes and corrosion resistant ventilation systems in chemical environment.

塑料復(fù)合鋼板。在普通薄鋼板表面噴上一層0.2~0.4mm厚的塑料層。西安通風(fēng)管道加工廠家常將塑料復(fù)合鋼板用于防塵要求較高的空調(diào)系統(tǒng)和-10~70℃溫度下耐腐蝕系統(tǒng)的風(fēng)管。通風(fēng)工程常用的鋼板厚度是0.5~4mm。

Plastic composite steel plate. A layer of 0.2~0.4mm thick plastic layer is sprayed on the surface of plain steel sheet.
