通風(fēng)管道對于尺寸的基本要求以及材料

通風(fēng)管道是工業(yè)與民用建筑的通風(fēng)與空調(diào)工程用金屬或非金屬管道，是為了使空氣流通，降低有害氣體濃度的一種市政基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施。風(fēng)管制作與安裝所用板材、型材以及其他主要成品材料，應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)及相關(guān)產(chǎn)品現(xiàn)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的規(guī)定，并應(yīng)用出廠檢驗(yàn)合格證明，材料進(jìn)場時(shí)應(yīng)按現(xiàn)行有關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行驗(yàn)收。西安通風(fēng)管道的材料及尺寸的基本要求如下：
Ventilation pipes are metal or non-metallic pipes for ventilation and air conditioning engineering in industrial and civil buildings. It is a municipal infrastructure for the purpose of making air circulation and reducing the concentration of harmful gases. The plate, profile and other main materials used for the production and installation of the wind pipe should be in accordance with the requirements of the current standards of the design and related products, and the inspection certificate should be applied to the factory, and the material should be accepted according to the current relevant standards of the state. The basic requirements of materials and sizes for ventilation ducts in Xi'an are as follows:
1 金屬薄板：
1 metal sheet:
普通薄鋼板：有良好的加工性能和結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度，但易于生銹；
Plain steel sheet: good workability and structural strength, but easy to rust.
鍍鋅薄鋼板：表面鍍鋅，有防銹作用，一般用來制作無酸霧作用的潮濕環(huán)境中；
Galvanized steel sheet: galvanized on the surface, with rust preventive function, is generally used to make moist environment without acid mist.
鋁及鋁合金板：加工性能好，耐腐蝕，摩擦?xí)r不易產(chǎn)生火花，常用于有防爆要求的通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)中；
Aluminum and aluminum alloy plate: good processability, corrosion resistance, friction is not easy to produce sparks, often used in ventilation systems with explosion-proof requirements.
不銹鋼板：具有耐銹耐酸能力，常用于制作寒濕、寒酸的排風(fēng)管道及化工環(huán)境中需耐腐蝕的通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)；
Stainless steel plate: it has the ability of rust resistance and acid resistance. It is often used to make cold and wet exhaust pipes and corrosion resistant ventilation systems in chemical environment.
塑料復(fù)合鋼板：在普通薄鋼板表面上噴上一層0.2-0.4mm厚的塑料層，常用于防塵要求較高的空調(diào)系統(tǒng)和-10度—70度溫度下耐腐蝕系統(tǒng)的風(fēng)管；
Plastic composite steel plate: a layer of 0.2-0.4mm thick plastic layer is sprayed on the surface of ordinary thin steel plate. It is often used in air conditioning system with high dustproof and the wind pipe of corrosion resistant system at -10 - 70 degree temperature.
2 非金屬材料：
2 nonmetallic materials:
硬聚氯乙烯塑料板：適用于有酸性腐蝕作用的通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)，具有表面光滑、制作方便等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，但不耐高溫、不耐寒，只適用于0—60攝氏度的空氣環(huán)境，在太陽輻射作用下易脆裂；
Hard PVC plastic plate: suitable for acid corrosion ventilation system, with smooth surface, easy to make and so on, but not resistant to high temperature, cold, only suitable for 0 - 60 degrees Celsius air environment, under the effect of solar radiation brittle fracture;
玻璃鋼：具有輕質(zhì)、高強(qiáng)、不燃、耐腐蝕、耐高溫、抗冷融等特性。
FRP: lightweight, high strength, non combustible, corrosion resistant, high temperature resistant, cold resistant and so on.

二、通風(fēng)管道尺寸的基本要求

通風(fēng)、空氣調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng)的風(fēng)管，宜采用圓形或長、短邊之比不大于4的矩形截面，其較大長、短邊之比不應(yīng)超過10。風(fēng)管的截面尺寸，宜按現(xiàn)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《通風(fēng)與空氣調(diào)節(jié)工程施工質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收規(guī)范》(GB 50243)中的規(guī)定執(zhí)行，金屬風(fēng)管管徑應(yīng)為外徑或外邊長；非金屬風(fēng)管管徑應(yīng)為內(nèi)徑或內(nèi)邊長。
For ventilation ducts and air conditioning systems, the rectangular section with a circular or long and short edge ratio not greater than 4 should be used. The ratio of the maximum length to the short side should not exceed 10. The section size of the wind pipe should be carried out according to the provisions of the current standard of the national standard for the acceptance of the quality of ventilation and air conditioning engineering (GB 50243). The pipe diameter of the metal duct should be the outer diameter or the outer length, and the diameter of the non-metallic duct should be the inner diameter or the inner length.
