通風管道設(shè)計阻力平衡需要怎么處理?

一、在通風系統(tǒng)中的通風管道是相互連接的一個整體,必然得遵循各支路阻力平衡規(guī)律,當風管系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu) 形式、管道尺寸一經(jīng)確定,在一定的風機作用下,各段的風量是按阻力平衡規(guī)律自動分配的。在設(shè)計計算時未經(jīng)阻力平衡計算,會導致系統(tǒng)實 際風量分配與設(shè)計不符。當然我們也可以通過調(diào)節(jié)風閥來分配風量,但這樣一來就又使非較不利環(huán)路的風壓多余。所以在設(shè)計計算時考慮各環(huán) 路的阻力平衡具有現(xiàn)實意義。

First, the ventilation pipe in the ventilation system is a whole which is connected to each other. It must follow the law of resistance balance of each branch. When the structure form and pipe size of the wind pipe system are determined, under the action of a certain fan, the air volume of each section is automatically divided according to the law of resistance balance. In the design calculation, the calculation of the actual air volume does not match the design without the calculation of the resistance balance. Of course, we can adjust the air volume by adjusting the air valve, but this will make the wind pressure of the non most unfavorable loop redundant. Therefore, it is of practical significance to consider the resistance balance of each loop when designing and calculating.

然而,不少設(shè)計人員在進行風道水力計算及阻力平衡過程中僅僅憑經(jīng)驗估算或查圖手算,這樣費時費力還達不到理想效果。筆者所設(shè)計的計算 軟件以excel為工作平臺,用vba語言為開發(fā)工具,從而確保了程序的執(zhí)行效率。

However, many designers only use experience estimation or map hand calculation in the process of wind tunnel hydraulic calculation and resistance balance, so that time consuming and hard work can not reach the ideal effect. The computing software designed by the author takes excel as the working platform and VBA language as the development tool, so as to ensure the efficiency of the program execution.

二、阻力自動平衡計算的基本步驟

Two, the basic steps of the automatic balance calculation of resistance

風道系統(tǒng)阻力平衡自動計算的執(zhí)行過程基本延用常規(guī)設(shè)計的計算步驟,主要如下:

The implementation of automatic calculation of resistance balance in duct system basically extends the conventional design calculation steps, mainly as follows:

①將各節(jié)點間的邏輯關(guān)系、管段的相關(guān)參數(shù)依次輸入并保存,然后根據(jù)技術(shù)要求初步選定各管段的假定風速;

First, input the logical relationship between the nodes and the relevant parameters of the pipe in sequence, and then according to the technical requirements, the assumed wind speed of each section is preliminarily selected.

②根據(jù)假定風速自動計算管段當量水力直徑及阻力損失;

③用節(jié)點逆尋法自動查找系統(tǒng)各環(huán)路的路徑及阻力損失,并確定系統(tǒng)較不利環(huán)路;

(3) find the path and resistance loss of each loop automatically by node inverse search method, and determine the most unfavorable loop of the system.

④對非不利環(huán)路進行自動阻力平衡。

(4) the automatic resistance balance is carried out on the non unfavorable loop.

⑤對計算結(jié)果進行校核。

Check the results of the calculation.

以上過程中只有工作量不大①、⑤需人工干預,而其他步驟全部由計算機自動完成。從而不但確保其計算速度及準確性,而且還可根據(jù)需要進 行適當?shù)氖止ふ{(diào)整。

In the above process, there is only a small amount of work and manual intervention. All other steps are automatically completed by the computer. It not only ensures the speed and accuracy of calculation, but also adjusts manually according to needs.
