    無動力油水分離器是由預過濾器、聚結分離器、吸附過濾器、泵體、控制箱、車體組成的一種水中除油的過濾設備。無動力油水分離器可處理含油量在5000mg/L的所有的工業(yè)上用的輕質(zhì)油類，簡單的說就是在水多油少的情況下，要使用無動力油水分離器來進行油和水的分離。

    1、啟動泵源開關，依次打開預過濾器、聚結過濾器上的排氣閥，待排氣閥有水溢出時，表明該腔體內(nèi)已充滿水，此時關閉該排氣閥，待各腔體均充滿水時，打開出水球閥。也可以通過電磁閥手動排氣，排氣過程一般只需在在設備剛開始工作時進行，設備正常運行后不需排氣。根據(jù)出水水質(zhì)情況，可以通過出水閥適當調(diào)節(jié)進水流量的大小，出水水質(zhì)差可減小流量，反之可增大流量。

    2、清水從出水口排出，集油室開始集油，油水界面開始下降。當油浸沒住傳感器的電極棒時，傳感器輸出信號，電磁閥處于開通狀態(tài)，排油電磁閥開始排油，此時相應的電磁閥指示燈亮，當排油控制箱設定的延時時間到時，排油電磁閥關閉，排油指示燈熄滅，排油結束。排油后，油水界面開始上升，電極棒處于水中時，傳感器停止輸出信號，從觀察窗上可以觀察油位高低。

    3、每次停機前應將清水注滿水油分離器各腔體并關閉進、出水球閥。若長時間停機不用，應在停機前以清水運行20分鐘，直存油全部從油水分離器內(nèi)腔排出。
