共板法蘭主要由角碼、法蘭夾，及與風(fēng)管一體相連的法蘭連接，這種形式風(fēng)管雖然造價(jià)較低（減少了角鋼用量，減少了制作角鋼法蘭的人工用量），但是實(shí)際應(yīng)用起來(lái)不如角鋼法蘭牢固，漏風(fēng)量也較大，且必須通過(guò)機(jī)床進(jìn)行加工，手工制作幾乎不能實(shí)現(xiàn)它的制作，通常只應(yīng)用于新風(fēng)系統(tǒng)，空調(diào)系統(tǒng)等，排煙系統(tǒng)還是經(jīng)常用角鋼法蘭連接的風(fēng)管。但是人防工程是不允許用共板法蘭連接。
