通風(fēng)管道的安裝還是有一些細(xì)節(jié)是需要注意的，廚房通風(fēng)排煙管道是小區(qū)內(nèi)部或者是餐廳食堂必要存在的一個(gè)硬件設(shè)施。通風(fēng)管道主要應(yīng)用在工業(yè)及建筑工程中，應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域主要涉及:電子工業(yè)無塵廠房?jī)艋到y(tǒng)，醫(yī)藥食品無菌車間凈化系統(tǒng)，酒店賓館、醫(yī)院、工廠及寫字樓的空調(diào)系統(tǒng)，工業(yè)污染控制用除塵、排煙、吸油等排風(fēng)管、工業(yè)環(huán)境或崗位舒適用送風(fēng)管、煤礦抽放瓦斯用抽放瓦斯系統(tǒng)、煤礦礦井環(huán)境控制用送回風(fēng)系統(tǒng)。

通風(fēng)管道的制作與安裝，應(yīng)設(shè)計(jì)圖紙，根據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)情況布置通風(fēng)管道走向。通風(fēng)管道施工前，施工單位應(yīng)與設(shè)計(jì)人員協(xié)商，協(xié)調(diào)通風(fēng)風(fēng)管與其它管線管路位置走向。施工中應(yīng)與土建及其他工種相互配合。通風(fēng)風(fēng)管制作與安裝所用的板材、型材，以及其他主要成品材料，應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)及相關(guān)產(chǎn)品現(xiàn)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的規(guī)定，材料進(jìn)場(chǎng)應(yīng)按現(xiàn)行有關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行驗(yàn)收。通風(fēng)管道的安裝方式，根據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)情況，一個(gè)方法是：在地面把所有通風(fēng)管道制成，然后連成一片后，用吊裝的方法就位。另一個(gè)方法是：把通風(fēng)管道一節(jié)一節(jié)地放在支架上，逐節(jié)連接。安裝順序一般是先干管，后支管。立管的安裝一般是由下向上安裝。安裝就位后通過找平找正，達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)定的要求。

2，通風(fēng)風(fēng)管如有穿出屋面外部分，應(yīng)設(shè)置防雨罩。

2, if the ventilation duct is out of the outer part of the roof, a rain proof cover should be set up.

3，通風(fēng)風(fēng)管采用無法蘭連時(shí)，接口處應(yīng)嚴(yán)密牢固。通風(fēng)風(fēng)管連接兩平面應(yīng)平直，不得錯(cuò)位及扭曲。

3, ventilation pipe adopts the interface should be not Lan Lian, tight and firm. Ventilation duct connecting two plane should be straight, not misplaced and twisted.

4，輸送易產(chǎn)生冷凝水的通風(fēng)風(fēng)管，安裝應(yīng)設(shè)計(jì)坡度。通風(fēng)風(fēng)管底部不能有縱向的接縫，如必須有接縫，則應(yīng)采用密封方式。
