通風管道加工應(yīng)該注意的事項！

　　1.通風管道加工的過程中應(yīng)該盡量避免出現(xiàn)縱向接縫，但是一定不能出現(xiàn)橫向接縫。而且通風管道的咬口縫和四角的縫隙處，需要按照設(shè)計潔凈等級要求，然后還要采用密封膠將其堵嚴。另外通風管道板材的連接縫的密封面應(yīng)該設(shè)在通風管道壁的正壓側(cè)。

　　6.如果是彩色涂層鋼板通風管道的話，應(yīng)該保持內(nèi)壁是光滑的，而且通風管道加工的過程中，還不能將涂層損壞，若是出現(xiàn)損壞的部位，需要用環(huán)氧樹脂涂刷在表面即可。另外通風管道加工的過程中，還要做好防腐蝕措施，不能使用抽芯鉚釘，而且在通風管道零件裝配的時候，這些零件都要經(jīng)過鍍鋅處理才行。
