　　通風(fēng)管道在我們現(xiàn)在的城市建設(shè)中非常重要，特別是安裝質(zhì)量問題，直接影響了空氣的交換，影響了人們的正常工作活動(dòng)，效率，那么它的安裝質(zhì)量受到哪些因素的影響呢?

　　1、施工前的準(zhǔn)備工作

　　風(fēng)管的縱接縫接合方式可根據(jù)情況選擇對(duì)應(yīng)的方式。在中、低壓風(fēng)管中常常使用扣式咬口連接，對(duì)于矩形風(fēng)管，聯(lián)合咬口使用無任何壓力級(jí)別，因此使用扣式咬口可以節(jié)省一道翻邊工序，目前大多數(shù)的風(fēng)管縱向縫接合都采用了扣式咬口。對(duì)于立縫和封蓋式立縫可以使用鉚釘、自攻螺絲、點(diǎn)焊、壓凸凹痕等方法緊固。
