通風(fēng)管道加工的注意事項(xiàng)有哪些？

　　1、通風(fēng)管道加工的過程中應(yīng)該盡量避免出現(xiàn)縱向接縫，但是不能出現(xiàn)橫向接縫。而且通風(fēng)管道的咬口縫和四角的縫隙處，需要按照設(shè)計(jì)潔凈等級(jí)要求，然后還要采用密封膠將其堵嚴(yán)。另外通風(fēng)管道板材的連接縫的密封面應(yīng)該設(shè)在通風(fēng)管道壁的正壓側(cè)。

　　2、加工的時(shí)候，不能在通風(fēng)管道內(nèi)部設(shè)置加固框或者加固筋，因?yàn)檫@樣對(duì)于通風(fēng)管道的質(zhì)量會(huì)造成一定的影響。

　　3、通風(fēng)管道加工不能采用S型插條和C型直角插條的連接方式，另外對(duì)于一些特殊的通風(fēng)管道來說，還不能采用按扣式的咬口。

　　5、如果是彩色涂層鋼板通風(fēng)管道的話，應(yīng)該保持內(nèi)壁是光滑的，而且通風(fēng)管道加工的過程中，還不能將涂層損壞，若是出現(xiàn)損壞的部位，需要用環(huán)氧樹脂涂刷在表面即可。另外通風(fēng)管道加工的過程中，還要做好防腐蝕措施，不能使用抽芯鉚釘，而且在通風(fēng)管道零件裝配的時(shí)候，這些零件都要經(jīng)過鍍鋅處理才行。
