1、通風(fēng)機(jī)安裝應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定

1. The fan installation shall meet the following requirements

（1）風(fēng)機(jī)試運轉(zhuǎn)時，葉輪旋轉(zhuǎn)方向正確，經(jīng)不少于2H運轉(zhuǎn)后，滑動軸承溫升不超過35度，溫度不超過70度；滾動軸承溫升不超過40度，溫度不超過80度。

(1) During the test run of the fan, the rotating direction of the impeller is correct. After not less than 2h of operation, the temperature rise of the sliding bearing shall not exceed 35 degrees and the maximum temperature shall not exceed 70 degrees; the temperature rise of the rolling bearing shall not exceed 40 degrees and the maximum temperature shall not exceed 80 degrees.

（2）離心風(fēng)機(jī)與減震臺座接觸緊密，螺栓擰緊，并有防松裝置。

(2) The centrifugal fan is in close contact with the shock absorption pedestal, the bolts are tightened, and there is a locking device.

（3）管道風(fēng)機(jī)采用減震吊架安裝時，風(fēng)機(jī)與減震吊架連接緊密，牢固可靠；采用支拖架安裝時，風(fēng)機(jī)與減震器及支架、托架連接緊密，穩(wěn)固可靠。

(3) When the pipeline fan is installed with damping hanger, the connection between the fan and damping hanger is tight, firm and reliable; when it is installed with support and towing frame, the connection between the fan and shock absorber, bracket and bracket is tight, firm and reliable.

2、過濾器、紙除塵器、過濾器吸收器安裝應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定

（1）各種設(shè)備的型號、規(guī)格、額定風(fēng)量必須符合設(shè)計要求。

（2）各種設(shè)備的安裝方向必須正確。

(2) The installation direction of various equipment must be correct.

（3）設(shè)備與管路連接時，宜采用整體性的橡膠軟管接頭，并不得漏氣；固定支架應(yīng)平正穩(wěn)定。

(3) When the equipment is connected with the pipeline, the integral rubber hose joint should be used without air leakage; the fixed bracket should be flat and stable.

（4）過濾器的安裝應(yīng)固定牢固，過濾器與框架、框架與維護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)之間無明顯縫隙。

(4) The installation of filter shall be fixed firmly, and there shall be no obvious gap between filter and frame, frame and maintenance structure.

（5）紙除塵器和過濾器的安裝，應(yīng)固定牢固，位置準(zhǔn)確，連接嚴(yán)密。

3、消聲器安裝應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定

3. The installation of muffler shall meet the following requirements

（1）消聲器框架必須牢固，共振腔的隔板尺寸貼緊，正確，隔板與壁板結(jié)合處外殼嚴(yán)密不漏。

(1) The muffler frame must be firm, the diaphragm size of the resonance chamber shall be close and correct, and the shell at the joint of diaphragm and wall plate shall be tight without leakage.

（2）消聲器安裝方向必須正確，并單獨設(shè)置支（吊）架。

(2) The installation direction of muffler must be correct, and the support (hanger) shall be set separately.

（3）消聲片單獨安裝后固端必須牢固，片距均勻。

(3) The fixed end of the silencing piece shall be firm and the distance between pieces shall be even after it is installed separately.

（4）消聲片狀材料粘結(jié)牢固、平整，散狀材料充填均勻、無明顯下沉。

(4) The anechoic sheet material is firmly and smoothly bonded, and the scattered material is evenly filled without obvious sinking.

（5）消聲復(fù)面材料順氣流方向拼接，無損壞；穿孔板無毛刺，孔距排列均勻。

(5) The material of noise elimination compound surface is spliced along the air flow direction without damage; the perforated plate is free of burr and the hole spacing is evenly arranged.

4、密閉閥門安裝，應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定

4. The installation of airtight valve shall meet the following requirements

（1）安裝前應(yīng)進(jìn)行檢查，其密閉性能應(yīng)符合產(chǎn)品技術(shù)要求。

(1) Inspection shall be conducted before installation, and its sealing performance shall meet the technical requirements of the product.

（2）安裝時，閥門上箭頭標(biāo)志方向與沖擊波的方向一致。

(2) During installation, the direction of arrow mark on the valve is consistent with the direction of shock wave.

（3）開關(guān)指示燈的位置與閥門板的實際開關(guān)位置應(yīng)相同，啟閉手柄的操作位置應(yīng)準(zhǔn)確。

(3) The position of the switch indicator light shall be the same as the actual switch position of the valve plate, and the operation position of the opening and closing handle shall be accurate.

（4）閥門應(yīng)用吊鉤或支架固定。

(4) The valve shall be fixed by hook or bracket.

5、測壓裝置安裝，應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定

（1）測壓管連接應(yīng)采用焊接，并應(yīng)滿焊、不漏氣。

（4）測壓儀器應(yīng)保持水平安置。
